In response to Covid-19. I offer classes online via Zoom to support my clients through a very difficult time. Covid-19 has put huge pressure on our mental health and wellbeing. I wanted to address this by going online to continue to work with my clients.
I hold a weekly Wednesday 10 -11am beginner Boxcercise class which includes, warm up, stretches, and cardio workout, including the eight basic boxing moves, and defences. The classes have been well received particularly for those who work from home or self isolating.
I also host a weekly Zoom class each Wednesday, 7 – 8pm, including a weekly workout challenge
I am continuing these popular classes after Covid to engage with clients who may be time poor or have childcare issues etc. Human connection with the outside world is vital. Seeing a regular group of people is not only physically, but mentally and spiritually conducive to keep oneself grounded.
The classes are a great way to deal with stress, setting up your day in an invigorating way. Smaller class size makes it more personal and clients get to know one another.
